In recognizing that TAS participants must be empowered to take charge of their own lives in order to transition successfully into supported and independent living, the program tour provides the individual the opportunity to actively choose the most appropriate program with the consultation of parents and staff. Working together, TAS participants, staff and their families can achieve the best possible personal and vocational outcomes.
