About Our Partnership with Agencies, Parents and Caregivers
| Working in partnership with referring agencies, parents and caregivers is an essential feature of the Taking ChargeTM approach because too often youth are separated or alienated from parents or caregivers. The Almansor approach offers both parents, caregivers, and the referring agency the opportunity to take part in the Taking ChargeTMmentoring process itself as active participants in the youth’s network of support and action planning process. Working together, Almansor mentors, referring agencies, parents, and caregivers can assist the youth in achieving the best possible outcomes for each youth involved in the Taking ChargeTM Mentoring Program. |
