Job Development and Supported Employment
Assists clients with disabilities in finding and keeping jobs found in integrated employment settings through three types of placement:

Group Placement: Employment preparation, job development, shared workload responsibilities in groups of 3 to 5, with full time job coaching.
Individual Placement: Support in locating, obtaining and maintaining employment, on the job training, identification, and arrangement of work place accommodations.
Direct Placement: Preparation and assistance with individual job search, resume writing, applications, job development, contacts with employers, and support with job retention.
Transition Partnership Program
Offered in partnership with the Department of Rehabilitation, this program provides a job club, career exploration, job development, and follow-up for at risk youth in order to prepare them for work.
Personal and Social Adjustment
Designed for clients whose behavioral/emotional deficits may prevent entrance into Supported Employment Programs and hinder successful job placement and retention, this training promotes community and social integration, mobility, basic employability and job skills through practical experience, training, counseling and ongoing support.
