Almansor’s professional job developers, job coaches, and support staff meeting California standards for licensing and/or certification in transition, adult services, and rehabilitation. All staff participates in on-going training and professional development programs. Supervision is provided by a full-time director of the Transition and Adult Services program and a full-time case manager who oversees the Supported Employment Program.
